Our Services and Pricing

We offer express car washes, Unlimited Wash Club memberships, and professional detailing and ceramic coating services. Prices, packages, and hours listed on this website may change without notice, and detail pricing shown as “starting at” may vary based on vehicle size and condition. Services are subject to availability.

Unlimited Wash Club Memberships

Memberships are purchased and managed through our third-party membership provider. Billing, renewal, and cancellation details are shown at sign-up and are part of these Terms. Memberships are for the vehicle registered to the membership and may not be shared or transferred unless we say otherwise. We may suspend or cancel a membership for misuse or non-payment.

Detail Appointments and Valet Service

Detailing and ceramic services are completed by appointment. Please arrive on time and remove valuables and personal items from your vehicle. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. Valet service is offered subject to availability.

Using the Car Wash

Follow posted instructions and directions from our team at all times.
Make sure your vehicle is in wash-ready condition. Loose, damaged, or aftermarket parts, such as antennas, mirrors, bike racks, and trim, may not be suitable for an automated wash.
Please inspect your vehicle and report any concerns to our team before leaving the property.

Black Tie Events and Milestone Rewards

Black Tie Events are a recognition program, not a contest or drawing, and no purchase or sign-up is required beyond a normal visit. Milestone rewards are offered at our discretion, subject to availability and operating conditions, and may be changed or ended at any time.

All website content, including text, images, logos, and the Black Tie name, belongs to Black Tie or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our permission.
