Event FAQ
1 / How do Black Tie Events work in Idaho Falls?
Every vehicle that comes through our Idaho Falls car wash on West Broadway is counted. When your visit lands on a featured milestone, like the 1,500th, 10,000th, or 50,000th wash, your Black Tie Event begins right here in the wash lane. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing extra to buy. Just wash with us and you are in.
2 / What can I win at a Black Tie Event?
Rewards grow with every milestone. Smaller milestones bring recognition prizes, Black Tie merchandise, and service upgrades. Larger milestones can include complimentary detail packages, event tickets, and premium rewards, and our biggest milestones are reserved for Black Tie VIP destination trips. Winners are recognized during or shortly after their visit.
3 / How do I get more chances at the experience?
The more often you wash, the more milestone numbers you pass through. Unlimited Wash Club members can wash as often as they like, so the club is the easiest way to stay in the running for the next Black Tie Event in Idaho Falls while keeping your vehicle protected from road salt, dust, and hard water all year.
