Black Tie didn’t appear overnight.
Many people watched this take shape over time — longer than expected, longer than planned. That wasn’t hesitation. It was intention.
From the beginning, this was about building something that would last. Not rushing to open doors, but taking the time to design systems, select materials, refine processes, and make decisions that wouldn’t need to be undone later. The kind of work that happens when no one is watching.
